"I leave (amount) to the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, 1828 L Street, N.W., Suite 801, Washington, D.C. 20036-2211."
Or, you may want to leave a residual bequest by using the following language:
"All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, I give devise and bequeath to the National Citizens’ Coalition for Nursing Home Reform, 1828 L Street, N.W., Suite 801, Washington, D.C. 20036-2211."
