"Spotlight on Quality: Focus on Residents," was the theme of the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home Reform's 29th Annual Meeting held October 17 -20, 2004 in Arlington, Virginia. Ombudsmen, citizen advocates, residents, family members, attorneys and other professionals came together to network, share best practices, and dialog with national experts on issues related to quality long term care.
