NCCNHR is pleased to announce that it will be hosting a free webinar entitled Learn About Staffing Issues! on December 15th from 3 - 4:15pm ET. This is an opportunity for family members who are part of a family council to join with other council members across the country to learn about staffing issues including training, consistent assignment and turnover.
Registration is limited to one family member of a council per facility. Join the call as an individual, or invite other family members from your council to participate with you using speaker phone! Then, discuss what you’ve learned and how to apply it at your next family council meeting! This call is not open to ombudsmen, facility staff or others. It is only open to family members who are part of a family council.
