The 2010 Conference will:
- Enable you to cultivate your network including interactions with residents, citizen advocacy groups and other advocates, family council members, ombudsmen, researchers, direct care workers, and others committed to quality long-term care;
- Provide tangible tools to assist in every day advocacy efforts; and
- Showcase expert presentations and key information to help you translate issues into action and action into better care.
This year the conference will be held at the beautiful Caribe Royale hotel in Orlando, Florida.
In light of the current state of the economy, NCCNHR has developed several cost-saving measures for your attendance at the meeting, including:
- Discounted early registration options
- Registration fees have not increased from 2009
- Low room rates of $129/night with no resort fees
- Free parking
- Free shuttle to theme parks
*Please note a change in the hotel booking process for 2010 - participants need to directly book their rooms in NCCNHR's room block (rather than NCCNHR booking your room for you). Rooms are available by calling the hotel at: 1-800-823-8300. Please refer to the "NCCNHR" room block to book your room - a credit card hold or deposit is required at booking.
